1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver products all over Bangladesh including:
* Dhaka Metropolitan Area
* All major cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh)
* District and selected rural areas
Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
* **Inside Dhaka:** 1–3 working days
* **Outside Dhaka:** 2–5 working days
* **Remote Areas:** 3–7 working days
Delivery time may vary due to public holidays, hartal, natural disasters, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on location:
Inside Dhaka: Tk.60
Outside Dhaka: Tk.120
Free Shipping: Available on orders above Tk.4000 (if applicable)
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Processing Time
* Orders are processed within **24–48 hours** after confirmation.
* Orders placed after **6:00 PM** will be processed the next working day.
* Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)** across most areas in Bangladesh.
* Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
* Please check the product in front of the delivery agent before accepting (if applicable).
* Partial payment is not allowed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
* A confirmation SMS/Email
* Courier tracking number (if available)
You can track your order through the courier’s website or by contacting our support team
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
* Political unrest or transport disruption
* Severe weather conditions
* National/public holidays
* Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will assist in resolving issues.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts If:
* The customer is unavailable,
* The phone number is unreachable, or
* The address is incorrect,
The courier may attempt delivery again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product:
* Contact us within **24 hours** of delivery.
* Provide order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
